Six Months Old

Yesterday our little P.Bibby turned six months old. Time flies! Little Dude likes to call her 'the grabber-eater' lately, and that perfectly describes her favorite things to do. Most of the time she has something in her mouth, drooling up a storm. We've had to coach her siblings on what appropriate toys are to make sure P. Bibby doesn't poke her face or get into some other sort of danger. As you can see from the picture, this month she has also figured out that being on her tummy isn't all that bad. We had some restless nights after she learned how to roll, because she would roll to her tummy while falling asleep and then start screaming about the problem. She is getting better at maneuvering herself from front to back and wiggling around a bit and is now a lot happier. Changing diapers has become a bit more challenging since she loves to roll over and eat the changing pad. She loves her mom the best but loves to smile at everyone else as long as mom is the one holding her. P.Bibby is still a bit on the small side, but we won't have her checkup for a few more weeks so I'll find out if her growth is on track or not. She is developing just fine so I don't think her small size is a problem other than the fact that everyone seems to comment on it when they hold her. Next month should be a fun one for her, since she's almost able to sit up and we will start feeding her solid food in a few weeks!
