This picture wasn't taken on her birthday, but it is still one of my favorite recent pictures of P. Bibby. I think there are more carrots on her than there are in her. She loves eating and spends a lot of time in her chair every day. We finally got her to drink from a sippy cup and now she loves both milk and juice. She also likes things like pancakes and noodles as well as bananas. I've been trying harder to add more vegetables back into her diet now that she is feeding herself. We discovered the other day that she loves split pea soup so I will have to make it more often.I took her to the doctor the other day and confirmed that all her eating has been good for her health. She weighed in at 18 1/2 pounds and is almost 30 inches tall; she is petite in general but definitely a tall girl. So far she is not walking, but can stand up next to things quite well and can also crawl very fast. This past month she also solidified several words: book (buh), more, and hi. She loves to say 'hi' to everyone she meets and is a very popular girl wherever we go. It's amazing to think that in one year she has gone from this to being such a kid. We're looking forward to the next year and all that she is going to do.

Ooh, goodie! I've been waiting for this post. She's so cute! Happy B-day (a couple of weeks ago...)Post more photos of all the cute people. Time flies when they're growing up.
