S-Boogie's first book signing

Actually, the title of this post is a bit of a lie because S-Boogie has attended a number of readings and books signings in her little life. I think her first was in utero when Neil Gaiman came to the Salt Lake Library. But yesterday was her first involving an author she actually reads and loves. Mo Willems is just as fun in person as in his books (if you haven't heard of him, get to a library and read Knuffle Bunny right now), and we bought a copy of Knuffle Bunny Too: A Case of Mistaken Identity. Mr. Fob was smart enough to bring the first book, so now we have each one autographed to one of our children. Mo even drew a picture of a bunny on them too. Next time maybe will have the funds to spring for a stuffed Knuffle Bunny of our own (oh, and apparently you do pronounce the k because it's a Dutch word).

Well, that is just awesome!! Meeting the author of a favorite book is such a thrill--I know.
