Sunday Thoughts from S-Boogie

"We think, O God, of a prophet. To guide us in Seattle-days. We think of the glorious gospel, a light in our mind with its rays."

I'm very literally laughing out loud right now. I love alternate hymn lyrics given by children.

She takes after her great-grandpa Welch. One of his favorites was "Were you ever burdened with a teddy bear, when what you really wanted was a doll with curly hair?" But I do like her version very much--we do think, O God, of the prophet.

That is great! So funny. It'd be fun to do a post on hymn lyrics that we got mixed up as kids, or that our kids get mixed up.
