Christmas Break

On Tuesday we got a lot of snow so the bigger kids went outside and played for a while. Then we just stayed in and spent time watching TV and playing. It was nice to have a snow day.
Wednesday S-Boogie went to a movie with a friend, so Little Dude helped me make some yummy cookies that had peppermint kisses on them. He unwrapped 56 kisses for me (and counted them all). On Thursday we did sugar cookies and made some plates to take to our friends and neighbors. It was a fun afternoon and the kids loved carolling for everyone.
On Friday (Christmas Eve) we went to the dinosaur museum at Thanksgiving Point. We used Christmas money from Grandpa to buy a year-long pass (thanks!) and the holiday was a perfect day to go because the museum was not very busy at all. Then we came home, ate dinner, and opened our new snowman jammies before going to bed. S-Boogie left a nice note for Santa with some cookies, and the kids actually went to sleep fairly easily.

That's a lot of snow! Great looking cookies, good accountant. Everyone looks fabulous in the snowman jammies. I'm so glad you got some Christmas photos up. I've been checking every day...What a fun time. Making memories is a great way to celebrate.
