S-Boogie Style

After we saw Juno this week, FoxyJ commented that she often wishes she could dress like Juno--with funky mismatched thrift-store clothes that look cool without looking like you're trying to look cool--but that she's always too afraid to try it. I think she's worried that what to her looks funky and cool will just look mismatched to others. And I have to admit I'm no bolder than she in my rudimentary fashion sense.

S-Boogie, however, has no such qualms. She dresses herself almost every morning and usually ends up looking something like this:

Or this:

I may be biased, but I think it works for her.

I think the Valentine's Day outfit was especially excellent. And, you're right, it works for her. One of the reasons it works is the blindingly beautiful smile that eclipses anything jarring in the ensemble. The hair is good too.

And with that beautiful face sitting above whatever she's wearing, she couldn't look bad if she wanted to!

I actually didn't think she mismatched very much at all. The first outfit all flowed with the valentines theme, and the second outfit was the stripe theme. I think she actually has a good sense of fashion. Great job sophie!

Yaay! Soapy soap! I love it all!! Personal style is often an enigmatic thing to others.
