Last Sunday Daddy tried gelling Little Dude's hair. It looked cute like this, but only lasted about five minutes before Little Dude rubbed his head too much and made it go away.
I wish I'd taken a better picture, but Daddy also did a cool style for S-Boogie with braids and two buns on the sides. It looked very cute and stayed in all day. Her hair is finally getting long enough to do more fun things with.
That night we found out what her hair does when you wrap it in a bun while wet. It looks really nice wavy, so we're experimenting with ways to style it at night so it looks nice in the morning. We've also finally (crossing our fingers) found the solution to her stubborn scalp crustiness that she's had for a long time now, but the shampoo is pretty harsh on the rest of her hair. Thankfully Daddy had the brilliant idea of using conditioner on her hair and it's looking fabulous now. I guess she's growing up since she now uses big kid shampoo and conditioner like Mommy!

That is pretty hair! Curls are my weakness...but it requires a lot of work in my gene pool to achieve that wavy look. Very cute for both of them.
